The Royal Mint Icons of Britain, 2014

A number of artist were approached by The Royal Mint to submit designs to
commemorate the Icons of Britain Series.

The intention was to introduce a series of coins featuring the most iconic and popular symbols of Britain.
The target audience was for a growing international coin collector audience.

The series would initially be of six coin designs which would include colour printing.
